Leveranstid?
Vanligtvis kommer din beställning att skickas följande dag och ska vara hos ditt postombud inom 1-3 arbetsdagar. Om beställningen ska skickas utanför Sverige kan det ta längre tid beroende på plats. Mellan 3-10 arbetsdagar.

 

Hur skickar du dina affischer?
Vi skickar våra posters och ramar i rullar eller kartonger.

 

Hur tar jag emot paketet?
Har du beställt leverans via fedex är det hemleverans. Om du lägger en beställning hos DHL eller Postnord går den till ditt närmaste postombud.

 

Hur vet jag att paketet har kommit?
Du kommer att få en SMS-avisering på det mobilnummer du har angett vid beställning.

 

Skickar du utanför EU?
Ja, vi säljer till de flesta länder runt om i världen.

 

Skickar du till Storbritannien?
Ja. Det tillkommer inga extra avgifter, moms och avgifter ingår på alla beställningar.

 

Kan jag spåra min försändelse?
Ja, du kan spåra brev via ditt spårnings-ID som du kan hitta i din beställningsfraktinformation. Du kan också använda avsändarens logistikkundnummer och referens eller spåra med hjälp av SMS-nummer och aviseringskod.

 

Hur vet jag att du har fått min beställning?
Vi skickar en bekräftelse via e-post så snart beställningen är klar. Om du inte får den, vänligen maila info@wallofart.se .

 

Vad kostar leveransen?
Frakt till ett DHL ombud inom Sverige kostar 49 SEK. Ska du ha leveransen utanför Sverige varierar priset beroende på destination. Du ser alltid din leveranskostnad innan du betalar.

 

Vilka betalningsmetoder erbjuder ni?
Vi erbjuder våra kunder betalning med faktura via Klarna, Kortbetalning, Swish, Paypal och Masterpass.

 

Vilket papper använder du för dina konsttryck?
Vi använder ett bestruket matt 200-gsm papper.

 

Säljer du ramar?
Ja det gör vi, vi säljer träramar i färgerna svart, vit och ek. Finns i storlekarna 21x30 - 30x40 - 40x50 - 50x50 - 50x70 - 70x100.

 

Hur skickar du dina presentkort?
Vi skickar våra presentkort direkt till angiven e-postadress efter att betalningen är genomförd. Presentkortet är lätt att skriva ut för att ge bort i present.

 

Kan jag hitta din produkt någon annanstans?
Nej, alla affischer som du hittar hos Wall of Art säljs exklusivt via Wall of Art.

 

Kan jag beställa storlekar som inte finns på hemsidan?
Tyvärr inte. Vi trycker endast motiv i storlekar som finns på hemsidan.

- Handling of Personal Data

- What Information Is Collected and For What Purpose?
When you shop at Wall of Art, we collect the following personal information: Name, Address, Email, Order History, Phone Number, IP Address, and Payment Information.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the following personal information: Email.

When using our consultation service: We collect whatever information you choose to provide in the form. The only required information is your email address so we can get back to you. We will delete your information as soon as the case is closed. When you apply to become an artist at Wall of Art: We collect the information you choose to provide in the form. - We Do Not Share This Information Except in the Following Cases

Shipping: In order to deliver your order and fulfill our agreement, we need to share certain information with the shipping company. The information shared includes your first name, last name, address, mobile number, and email address. This allows our shipping partners to deliver your order and to send you a delivery notification. Our shipping partners are DHL, Bring, Fedex, Schenker and Postnord.

Payment Providers: When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment providers. The information stored includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect all parties from fraud. Our payment providers are Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Newsletter: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, only your email address will be saved to allow us to send you information, news, and promotional campaigns. This data will not be shared with any third parties except our email service provider. You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time, and we will delete your information. We use Klaviyo to send newsletters.

Printing Company: Our printing company receives your address information when printing and packaging your order.

IT Partners: We work with web developers, our email client via Gmail (Google), and our digital platform provider Shopify, which also supplies our business system. (Read more about their policy here).

Cookies: We use cookies and other web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Hotjar, to automatically collect information about you to improve your experience on Wall of Art. (Learn more about our Cookie policy here).

Consultation: If you request help with a consultation, we only save the information you provide. Once we have responded to you and the case is closed, we will delete the information.

Application: If you apply to become a creator at Wall of Art, we will save the information you provide. This data will never be shared with third parties and will be saved for a maximum of 2 years.

Marketing: To make our website as relevant as possible, we share your personal information with marketing services like Google, TikTok, and Facebook.

- How Long Do We Save Your Personal Information?
We will never retain your personal information longer than necessary for each purpose. In most cases, we will delete your personal information once the intended purpose has been fulfilled. The only situation in which we keep data longer is when we are required to comply with legal obligations (for example, under the Accounting Act).

- Your Rights
You are always entitled to request any information we have about you and can also ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement incomplete information.
